The brokerage
A few things, done properly.
Ardent Real Estate Inc., Brokerage is a Toronto firm led by its owner, Ali Ketabchian. The practice is deliberately focused: pre-construction in the city, luxury houses, and commercial work for doctors, dentists, walk-in clinics and pharmacies.
On the commercial side, Ali’s clients are often people he knows well — practitioners who want one team to purchase the space, design it and build it. That turnkey approach is now a core part of Ardent, and is under way on two to three projects at present.
Across all three, the approach is the same: understand the plan first, put the numbers on the table, and stay with the work until it is finished.

Floor plans, site plans, budgets. Every project begins with the drawing, because that is where the real decisions are made.
Say it with numbers
Costs, timelines and trade-offs are set out plainly before you commit, so there are no surprises later.
Stay to the end
One point of contact from the first call through closing, handover or opening day.
